Over
our 25-year history, Pope Housing has supplied a wide array of
commercial customers with temporary mobile housing and trailers.
Whether
you are a fire chief looking to renovate your station, a contractor
looking to house out of state or migrant workers for a short
period, we can address your needs with a pitched roof, clapboard
sided mobile home. Whether
the site is difficult, like placing four temporary mobile homes
on a
500-foot pier for the US Coast Guard, or downtown lead abatement
project, Pope Housing can do the job. If a college dorm has been
damaged by fire, or just under renovation, or if your church
needs a nursery type environment with refrigerator and other
amenities, Pope Housing can respond quickly. In the unlikely
event you must have an emergency back up plan in case of a labor
shut down, we can create a reservation program for you.
Pope
Housing travels throughout all of New England and New York including
Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island
and Vermont. Our transportation equipment has the newest technology
which enhances and expands our abilities to deliver to more challenging
sites. Our fleet of homes can accommodate any requirement you
may have. The majority of our fleet is three bedroom mobile homes.
For the tighter sites, we have smaller, two bedroom units.
We
take pride in overcoming the more challenging jobs in order to
accommodate our clients. We are proactive in addressing on site
considerations, and quite frequently save our customer's money
by providing creative, alternative solutions. Not all sites will
accommodate our temporary mobile homes and trailers, but if it
can fit, we will do our best to make it happen.
At
no obligation to our prospective clients, Pope Housing will set
up an on site inspection to discuss placement and address the
issues
surrounding your housing needs. By meeting with you on site we
can observe any difficulties or challenges presented in providing
you with a temporary mobile home or trailer.
All
of our temporary mobile homes and trailers come fully furnished
with living room, bedroom and kitchen furniture. The bathroom
features a shower/tub combination, toilet and vanity. Items such
as bedding sheets, pots/pans, microwave, etc., are not provided.
Pope
Housing policy is not to disclose the names of its clients. Having
said that however, should you wish to have some references, please
contact us; we would be happy to supply that information. |
